CAPEX Accountant
Main responsibilities:
- Monitors CAPEX project, including co-approving of PR's and suppliers invoices, reconciliation and accounting for the project expenditures, preparation of journals for posting to local and IAS accounts.
- Performs ongoing review of CAPEX related account postings in both local and IAS accounts.
- Maintains CAPEX project file with all relevant documentation and ensure the completeness and accuracy of project documentation necessary for transfer to fixed asset register in compliance with local legislation and HARP.
- Prepares internal CAPEX reports on actual, budgeted, reforecast project expenditures.
- Submits CAPEX related information for the Group reports (GMR, FRP).
- Fulfills all accounting formalities on the completion of project to ensure transfer into fixed assets register.
- Physical identification and regular verification of fixed assets.
- Processing of depreciation in both local and IAS accounts.
- Maintenance of fixed assets register
